For Halfords, as brand guardians we work across the business on everything from brand and strategy to photography and film.

The challenge

When the pandemic hit, Halfords needed to remain open as an essential retailer to enable essential workers to get where they needed to be. They turned to us to develop a staff engagement campaign to give their employees a much-needed sense of purpose.

Our solution

Our resulting ‘Here for the Heroes’ campaign reminded staff that, by being there for the nation’s heroes, they were heroes too.

The result

We successfully engaged with over 10,000 colleagues, who collectively helped over 32,000 of the nation’s heroes at the time it was needed most.
